Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,512-$2,628 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10-hour days (AM) Start date: 09/21/2026 Setting: hematology/oncology infusion program with multiple infusion bays Responsibilities Triage calls and provide direct nursing assessment and guidance for hematology/oncology patients Nurse navigation and coordination of patient care across the infusion program, including multi-discipline clinic support Administer IV therapies and chemotherapy agents; assist with port placement and management Perform phlebotomy as needed; monitor patient responses and manage infusion-related reactions Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and prescription refills; document care activities in the electronic health record Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe medication administration and appropriate escalation when needed Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts BLS certification and Bio/Chemo certification required Minimum 2 years of hematology/oncology infusion experience, including triage and phlebotomy Experience with IV therapy and port access/placement Experience with administration of chemotherapy agents Proficiency with basic computer skills and electronic health records; strong communication and organizational abilities Education Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license; ongoing professional development in oncology nursing is a plus Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract length: 13 weeks Start date: 09/21/2026 Travel assignment with dedicated recruiter and assignment support 10-hour shift schedule to support work-life balance Access to staffing partner resources for credentialing and onboarding Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
