Project Superintendent

Overview An industry leading construction organization is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join a growing Healthcare Construction team focused on delivering complex, high impact healthcare projects across the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven field leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has extensive experience managing large-scale healthcare construction projects, including acute care facilities. Responsibilities Lead all field operations for assigned healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project safety, scheduling, logistics, quality control, subcontractor coordination and field execution Supervise and mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and field teams Partner closely with Project Management teams to maintain budgets, schedules, procurement and project documentation Drive Lean construction practices and continuous improvement initiatives Foster strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors and stakeholders Ensure OSHA compliance and champion a strong culture of safety across all job sites Qualifications 15+ years of construction field experience 10+ years managing complex healthcare construction projects Strong experience with acute care hospital projects preferred Ability to lead multiple field teams on large scale projects Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Procore or equivalent construction software Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills OSHA 30 certification preferred Experience with Lean construction methodologies is a plus Location & Travel Flexible US -based opportunities available Ability to travel for long-term project assignments as needed What’s Offered Competitive compensation package Long term career growth opportunities Collaborative and innovative project environments Opportunity to work on nationally recognized healthcare projects At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
