We Focus on Change Duties/Responsibilities: Effectively communicate with customers via phone to assist them with their needs and also increase their customer satisfaction.Provide excellent customer service to all customers while handling their requests.Utilize a specialized computer system to gather information and notate the nature of all calls handled. Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to multi-task well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Strong computer and typing skills. Requirements: Prolonged periods working at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to excel in an inbound call environment by meeting goals for volume of calls to be handled on a daily basis.Prolonged periods working at a desk and working on a computer.High school diploma or equivalent.Six months to one year related or customer service experience desired.Call center experience a plus.In Office position (requires reliable transportation).
