La-Z-Boy is seeking a pivotal leader to drive store sales growth and coach a high-performing team. You will execute sales initiatives, promote the In-home design program, and uphold the brand’s values and customer experience on the sales floor. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, monitor performance, ensure calendar adherence, and collaborate with support teams to deliver strong results while maintaining ethical standards and outstanding service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
