Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing expert behavior analytic services within a supportive school environment. This full-time position seeks two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work with students in grades K-12. Begin making a positive impact starting as soon as possible, with assignments extending through late May 2027.
Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with educators and school teams, developing effective behavioral strategies, and fostering inclusive learning experiences for students with diverse needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active BCBA licensure in Maryland
- Experience working with K-12 students or within educational settings is highly preferred
- Strong skills in functional behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff and families
- Adaptable and organized, able to manage dynamic caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
- Provide training and ongoing support for teachers, staff, and families in implementing behavior plans
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data and observed outcomes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations
- Foster positive learning environments and contribute to student success across grade levels
