Janitorial Operations Manager 1PM-2PM

We are a local family-owned business since 1990, looking for a Operations Manager who has history working with several employees and customers. We are in the Janitorial Industry.

This person must have an energetic and outgoing personality, problem solving skills, strong employee organizational skills, day-to-day and week-to-week organizational skills, time management skills, confident with themselves, well-spoken and committed to customer and employee needs. Must be ready to jump in HANDS ON when needed.

This position is beginning at 1pm Mon – Friday. Managing/working/Scheduling 1st/2nd shifts .

The pay is very rewarding.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Common sense outlook with handling issues and uncontrollable circumstances

· Interview, hire and train employees while working HANDS ON with the employees

· Establish and maintain positive trusting relationships with customers and employees

· Resolve customer and employee issues

· Complete routine inspections in all facilities

· Manage and collect all payroll info

· Track inventory: oversee and manage onsite/off site

· General daily office/work duties

· Keep up with industry trends

· Maintain equipment, supplies and chemical needs for employees

· Bilingual would be a plus

· Ability to lead and motivate employees

· Microsoft office skills i.e. Excel, Word, Google, etc.
