Final compensation will be determined based on experience**This position serves as a CDI Manager supporting Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority (BCUHS). Onsite Client travel is required and is expected to range between 15% and 25% based on business needs.**By embodying our core purpose of customer obsession, new ideas, and driving innovation, and delivering excellence, you will help ensure that every touchpoint is meaningful and contributes to our mission of redefining the possible in healthcare.The **Clinical Documentation Integrity Manager** oversees Clinical Documentation Integrity operations supporting medical staff by-laws and regulatory requirements specific to clinical documentation for DRG assurance, while maintaining a high degree of emphasis on physician engagement. Provides feedback to site CDI leaders and administrators, develops and implements action plans where appropriate* Establishes and monitors teams’ workflows, productivity, and quality assurance. Evaluates associate and team performance and organizational requirements and expectations.* Chairs market-level Steering Committees and Documentation Improvement meetings and / or reporting.
