Pay: $17.20 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday plus weekends as needed

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Associate to support daily operations in our food processing facility. The primary focus of this entry-level role is to ensure cleanliness, maintain inventory supplies, and uphold sanitation standards to facilitate smooth production flow. Successful candidates will be adaptable, able to handle physical tasks, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain break rooms, office areas, plant floors, and restrooms to uphold cleanliness standards
• Dust facility surfaces, computers, and equipment
• Sweep and mop floors within the plant and common areas
• Restock PPE supplies and manage inventory in designated areas
• Empty trash bins throughout the facility to support sanitation efforts
• Assist with departmental tasks as assigned, including general labor activities
• Support safety and sanitation standards in a food processing environment

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required for essential functions
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons (July-December)
• Previous experience in a food processing facility preferred
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures in manufacturing or warehouse settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management or PPE stocking
