Overview
Occupational Therapist – Zzz Occupational Therapist in a long-term care environment in Middletown, Rhode Island. This travel assignment starts on 06/08/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,820 to $1,954, with guaranteed hours of 35 per week. Shift is 8:00 am–4:30 pm, five days per week.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial OT evaluations and ongoing re-evaluations for residents in the care setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting ADLs, mobility, cognition, and functional independence
- Provide direct therapy, adaptive equipment training, and, where appropriate, activity-based interventions
- Document progress notes, treatment plans, outcomes, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy colleagues, and care managers to optimize resident outcomes and safety
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines and maintain timely, accurate documentation

Requirements
- Ability to work in a long-term care environment
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Availability for the scheduled shift (8:00 am–4:30 pm, five days per week)
- Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings is preferred
