Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans. Deliver occupational therapy in various settings and create effective interventions. Train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and partner with referral sources. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy accredited by ACOTE. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
