Responsibilities Title : Occupational Therapist Location/work environment : In facility Reporting structure : Reporting to Director of Rehab As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You are a healer, helper, and teacher who trains patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. You design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. You adapt to patient needs and enjoy variety. You collaborate with peers and refer patients when needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
