Group Exercise Instructor (Body Sculpt & Zumba) The Club at Quail Ridge - Boynton Beach, FL Part-Time / Independent Contractor - $60 per class The Club at Quail Ridge, a private country club community in Boynton Beach, is seeking an energetic and certified Group Exercise Instructor to join our Fitness Team for the upcoming season. We are currently looking for: Zumba Instructor: Fridays at 10:00 AM Body Sculpt and Chair Strength class on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday This is a part-time, contractor position with the opportunity to substitute additional classes as needed throughout the season. Responsibilities: Lead safe, engaging, and motivating group exercise classes for our members. Provide proper modifications and guidance for participants of all fitness levels. Arrive prepared and on time, maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Help foster a welcoming, supportive environment that aligns with the Club's service standards. Requirements: Current Group Exercise Certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED certification. Must carry personal liability insurance. Previous experience teaching Zumba and/or Aqua Fitness strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $60 per class (independent contractor position).
