As a Front of House Team Member, you will welcome and greet guests, take and prepare guest orders at the front counter, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd Mile Service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
