Document activities, follow care plans, and make sure everyones information stays accurate and confidential.

???? Build Relationships:
Work closely with individuals, families, guardians, and case managers. Youll become a trusted and positive presence in their lives.

???? Speak Up:
If somethings not righthealth concerns, incidents, or safety issuesyou report it. You help protect the rights and wellbeing of every person you serve.

Health & Safety (Important but Easy to Learn!)

???? Healthcare Support:
You may go along to appointments, help with medications (if trained), monitor health needs, and follow emergency procedures. Dont worrywe train you!

????? Food Fun:
Help prep meals, follow dietary plans, and support healthy eating.

???? Keep Spaces Safe & Clean:
Help maintain a welcoming environmentlight cleaning, safety checks, and helping with seasonal chores.

???? Get Out in the Community:
You might drive individuals to fun outings, appointments, or errandsalways safely and following the rules of the road!

The Basics

• Must be 18+

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Able to complete required 2 week training

• Comfortable with occasional lifting and physical activity
