Eight (8) years experience may be substituted for the degree. Certification in construction trades (i.e., Master Welder, Master Electrician, etc), or any construction trades training certification, such as The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) preferred. Experience A minimum of three (3) years subject-related industry experience required. Community college, university teaching, or corporate training experience preferred.
