Practice Manager

To support the successful execution of consulting projects, the full-time remote Practice Manager will oversee project logistics, maintain documentation, and coordinate communication between consultants and clients. Key responsibilities Partner with consultants to execute client engagements and ensure timely project delivery Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients throughout project engagements Establish and maintain project infrastructure, including documentation and reporting tools Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting support Experience in client-facing project environments, preferably in healthcare or professional services Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
