Onsite Coordinator

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a 2nd Shift Onsite Coordinator to join our team in Niles, Illinois! Are you a people person with a talent for problem-solving? In this vital role, the Onsite Coordinator will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, and enhance operational efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $22 - 25/hr., depending on experience, paid weekly.
• 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday, 3pm - 12am. On-sites will need to be available for overtime and have flexible availability.

• Located in Niles, Illinois

Responsibilities & Competencies

• Manage field employees including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations.
• Approach customer service with flexibility and availability for both client and associates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to client and Accurate.
• Walk the floor of the entire site at least 3x daily to monitor safety and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams
• As needed, interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers
• Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry, preferably as an on-site
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk the floor 3 - 4x a day
