Job Description

Join a dynamic team in the medical device industry, focusing on catheter assembly and packaging. You will use small hand tools and work under a microscope to ensure quality and precision in every product. Responsibilities

• Assemble catheter components using small hand tools such as tweezers and razors.
• Maintain strict adherence to Quality Policies and Systems of the Company.
• Accurately maintain records, including Lot History Records (LHR), while adhering to GMP/GDP policies.
• Process small parts under a microscope with precision and care.
• Flex and rotate to different stations as required, ensuring versatility in tasks.
• Follow 5S principles and goals to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Operate machines for balloon blowing and work with plastic tubing and guidewires/sheath under a microscope.
• Conduct UV curing and manage hot box processes.
• Package products with hydrogel and manage plastic packaging processes.

Shifts

Day shifts: 5:30 AM/6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Clara, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.40/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
