Base pay range $18.20/hr - $18.20/hr Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join a custom shipping manufacturing company in Santa Clara, California. This hands-on role involves manually assembling and gluing custom boxes and partitions, essential for protective packaging solutions. Responsibilities Assemble cardboard boxes and partitions by hand according to specifications. Apply adhesives and glues with precision to ensure secure construction. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times. Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Qualifications No experience required. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work with hands and follow instructions. Comfortable standing, bending, and using hands for extended periods. Reliable and punctual. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm Benefits $18.20 per hour.
