Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students' communication and academic growth as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist. This opportunity near Fort Worth, TX, is ideal for professionals with SLP-CCC certification and experience in school settings who enjoy flexible work arrangements and meaningful caseloads.

You’ll work 15 hours per week, including 5 on-site hours of direct therapy. The remaining hours will be dedicated to documentation, testing, and ARDs—with the added flexibility to complete paperwork from home once student therapy sessions are finished on-site. The caseload consists of 20-25 students in grades K-7, allowing you to make a focused impact.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP-CCC certification with active state licensure.
• Background working in school environments, specifically delivering services to children in grades K-7.
• Skill in conducting speech/language assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Ability to collaborate with educators and participate in ARD/IEP meetings.
• Excellent organization and time management for balancing on-site requirements and remote documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site speech and language therapy to a caseload of elementary and middle school students.
• Carry out assessments, create and update IEPs, and maintain documentation to support student services.
• Participate in ARDs and consult with school teams to support student progress.
• Complete documentation and associated paperwork remotely after finishing on-site therapy sessions.
