Did you answer „Yes“ three times? Then it is time for us to meet your acquaintance.**RESPONSIBILITIES:Each department independently recruits for its own intern. You apply to a specific track based on your academic background and career interests. If selected, your department manager conducts your interview, makes the offer, and owns your onboarding, project assignments, day-to-day supervision, and final evaluation.All interns share a common program framework: a scoped project defined in Week 1, a midpoint check-in with the VP of Operations, and a structured capstone presentation delivered to the operations leadership team at program close. The project scope is set by your department manager and aligned to live departmental priorities, not a training exercise.\*This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected.
