This long-term, evening-shift role provides competitive weekly pay, a clean office-style environment, and a clear path toward permanent hire for dedicated, meticulous professionals.

Schedule: M-F, 03:45 PM - 12:15 AM

Pay Rate: $19.44/hr.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and process paper records one carton at a time, pulling files in small batches to prepare them for high-speed digital scanning.
• Remove fasteners and repair pages by removing staples, paper clips, and binder clips while carefully straightening bent corners or folded sheets so pages lie flat.
• Maintain precise document order by ensuring every file and paper is returned to the original carton in the exact sequence in which it was removed.
• Manage task-focused workflows while seated at a dedicated prep station, maintaining high accuracy and steady output throughout your shift.

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional focus to spot small fasteners and follow strict, client-specific sorting instructions without missing details.
• Fine motor skills and repetitive hand/upper-body motion for removing clips, unfolding pages, and handling delicate paperwork.
• Ability to reliably work the 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM schedule and follow written instructions in English.
• Willingness to wear protective safety-toe footwear if assigned to mixed storage/prep areas.

Work Environment: The position is primarily a seated task (with sit/stand adjustments available) performed inside an organized document preparation facility. It offers a structured, quiet, and detail-driven workspace.

Employment Note: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
