What's in it for You? $20 to $50 per hour, based on experience Performance bonus opportunities 100% employer-paid Medical and Delta Dental after 90 days 3% IRA Employer Match Take-home company vehicle Gas Card and EZ Pass Company-issued iPhone and iPad Company-provided major tools Uniforms provided Company-paid continuing education and training Double-time holiday pay Paid vacation Long-term career growth with an established commercial HVAC/R company What You'll Do Install, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment and HVAC/R systems Complete preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and performance Respond to service calls and restore refrigeration systems efficiently Record completed work accurately using company technology Participate in company-paid training and continuing education opportunities Take part in the on-call rotation Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding MJ Mac Inc.'s professional standards What We're Looking For 1 to 5 years of HVAC/R experience preferred Commercial refrigeration experience preferred Residential HVAC technicians interested in transitioning into commercial refrigeration are encouraged to apply NATE Certification preferred Strong troubleshooting and electrical knowledge Experience using mobile technology and service software. ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required Strong documentation and computer skills Ability to operate power tools safely Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Dependable team player who works well with supervisors and coworkers Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Valid driver's license Willingness to travel throughout our approximately two-hour service area Why MJ Mac Inc.?
