Senior Financial Analyst

StevenDouglas is partnering with a client seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role is ideally based in the Charlotte, NC metro area, with flexibility for strong candidates located elsewhere in the Carolinas, Greenville/Spartanburg, Atlanta, or along the I-85 corridor.

This individual will assist with the following tasks:

• Leading FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Building and maintaining financial models and management reporting packages
• Partnering with business leaders to support data-driven decision-making
• Delivering financial insights that support operational and strategic priorities

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 4+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry background preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP familiarity a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
