Full Stack Developer

Salary: $68,500 - 87,500 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience, along with 5+ years of hands-on, production-level full-stack development experience.
• We expect strong frontend expertise with ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, hooks, and reusable UI components, plus backend development experience in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• We need experience building APIs and integrations using REST, gRPC, Thrift, or Koa.
• We value a solid grasp of system design, distributed systems, scalability, and performance tuning.
• We require working knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, and RDS, as well as non-relational databases such as MongoDB, DocumentDB, DynamoDB, and Redis.
• We expect hands-on AWS experience with services such as ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch.
• We require experience with Docker, CI/CD tools such as CircleCI, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices.
• We need experience writing unit, integration, and UI tests using Jest, Cypress, or similar tools.
• We expect Agile/Scrum delivery experience and strong ownership across distributed, cross-time-zone teams.
• We value familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Gemini, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
• We prefer candidates with experience in Elasticsearch, monorepo environments, large-scale frontend codebases, Bazel, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, shared UI component libraries, event-driven architectures, Kafka, AWS Event Bridge, or real estate technology, marketplace, or customer-facing SaaS products.
• We are seeking visa-independent candidates, as we are not providing visa sponsorship for this role.

• We design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications from the user interface through backend services, APIs, and databases using React, TypeScript, Go, Java, Python, and Node.js.
• We develop and enhance RESTful APIs, gRPC/Thrift integrations, microservices, and distributed systems that support business-critical workflows.
• We take part in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews, while helping drive coding standards, automated testing, security, observability, and CI/CD practices.
• We troubleshoot complex production issues and improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
• We contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment automation across AWS-based environments.
• We mentor junior and mid-level engineers and work closely with product managers, architects, and designers to deliver high-quality software.
• We communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and team members.
