Lead IT Support Engineer - Banking & Finance

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage core End User Computing (EUC) technologies across the environment.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Drive improvements across Windows, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and mobility solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on automation initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to a high-performance, engineering-focused technical culture.
Skills/Must Have:
- Strong experience in End User Computing / Modern Workplace engineering within enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of Windows desktop environments, Office 365, Citrix, SCCM, and collaboration tools
- Strong PowerShell and/or Python scripting capability for automation and support tooling
- Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure upgrades, rollouts, or EUC transformation projects
- Ability to act as a senior escalation point for complex technical and production issues
- Strong understanding of endpoint management, remote access, and enterprise mobility solutions
- Experience working closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
Location:
- New York (3x per week onsite)
Salary:
- Up to $400,000 Total Compensation (Depending on experience)
