- Year-round, consistent work (no layoffs, no slow seasons)
- Brand new 72' track lift + strong equipment lineup
- Residential work only (no utility line clearance / storm chasing)
- 40-50 hours/week (overtime paid after 40)
- Stable company with ~95% retention
- Clear path to:
- Arborist role
- Plant Health Care
- Future leadership / PM track
- Climbing trees (when lift access isn't possible)
- Operating lift, chipper, and truck/trailer
- Leading and directing crew members
- Ensuring safe, efficient job execution
- Managing cleanup and production flow
- Logging job details via mobile apps (LMN / Microsoft tools)
- Brand new 72' track lift
- Crane access when needed
- Well-maintained trucks and equipment
- Jobs within ~1 hour radius
- Mix of:
- Half-day jobs
- Multi-day removals (up to 2-3 days)
- Tree climbing experience
- Ability to lead or step into a leadership role
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive:
- F350 truck
- Trailer + chipper
- CDL (or willingness to get one)
- Strong rigging / removal experience
- Residential tree care background
- Solid climbers ready to step into leadership
- Crew leaders looking for a better long-term home
- 40-50 hours/week
- Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours

- 2 weeks PTO
- Paid holidays
- Consistent schedule:
- Start: 7:00-7:30 AM
- End: ~4:00-5:00 PM
- Work based out of:
- West Side (main)
- East Side / Milford (satellite)
- 70% of work is on the East Side
- Company is flexible depending on where you live
- Plant Health Care
- Arborist role
- Project / Operations leadership
- Promotes from within (current foreman developed internally)
- Invests in people - willing to train the right person
- Low turnover (people stay here)
- Organized, professional operation (not a "fly-by-night" tree crew) Important Notes
- Clean driving record is important
- Background issues considered case-by-case (older issues OK)
- This is not a storm-chasing or utility line clearance role
- A climber ready to lead
- A crew leader looking for stability
- Tired of inconsistent work or poor management
