Job Description Define project scope, deliverables, and execution strategy for mechanical, electrical, plumbingin alignment with overall project goals. Schedule and run design reviews, manage interdisciplinary coordination (architectural, structural, civil), and close design issues and RFIs. Participate with BIM coordination and clash detection for MEP systems; ensure models and shop drawings reflect current design and field conditions. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications. Qualifications BSConstruction Management, Engineering or related curriculum and 6 years of MEP construction management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education. Preferred Requirements: 6 years of construction, specifically in the field of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing/piping). Experience from a large General Contractor. Knowledge of construction project management, including software (CMIC). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience in high-rise construction. Experience with construction documentation such as change order processing, RFP's, RFI's, etc. Experience writing scopes of work, descoping, and leveling bids for MEP trades. Experience running trade coordination meetings. Experience managing MEP trades in the field.
