Key Responsibilities:

• Support the successful delivery of complex websites and web-based applications.
• Participate in QA testing to validate that business and technical requirements are met.
• Develop end-user training materials, including user guides, presentations, videos, and reference documentation.
• Lead user training sessions and product education initiatives for stakeholders and end users.
• Maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure information is current, accessible, and authoritative.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by helping triage user feedback and validating issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with project teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Training Specialist supporting web-based applications or enterprise systems.
• Experience creating and delivering end-user training programs and documentation.
• Experience developing training materials, user guides, presentations, and instructional content.
• Experience participating in QA testing and validating system functionality against requirements.
• Experience supporting UAT activities, issue tracking, and feedback management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting government or public-sector projects.
• Experience with web-based applications, content management systems, and enterprise software solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience creating video-based training content and knowledge management resources.
