Responsible for performing contracted office services, including but not limited to copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services. Job Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility. Operate office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging equipment, and mail equipment. May be responsible for courier services, reception services, switchboard operations, shipping and receiving, and mail processing and delivery. Handle daily customer interactions and maintain professional relationships. Responsible for the effective implementation and management of Ricoh Service Excellence programs. Understand and efficiently operate required equipment and software to meet service-level agreements (SLAs). Achieve profitability goals by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies. Maintain daily operational functions, including creating and completing work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, reporting facility issues, and providing general support as needed. Interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and site occupants. Manage office supply inventory and reordering as needed. Coordinate conference room scheduling and A/V equipment resources. Maintain positive working relationships with all employees through professional communication. Collect and provide operational data to leadership and customers, including monthly reporting where required. Ensure financial responsibilities are met. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications) Typically Requires High school diploma or GED required. 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment). 1+ year of customer-facing work experience required. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Tactical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to present information to small groups. Moderate problem-solving skills. Strong customer service orientation. Basic technical aptitude. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levels. Work assignments are varied and may require interpreting, comprehending, and applying complex information and instructions. Prepare, provide, and communicate diversified information. Some physical effort is required. Duties may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Moderate dexterity required, including regular use of calculators, keyboards, hand tools, and eye-hand coordination.
