MIG Welder

Location: Holland, MI

Shift: 1st Shift (Overtime Available)

Pay: $20-28/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for welding metal components according to blueprints and specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

If you have strong fabrication skills and take pride in producing clean, quality welds, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel and/or aluminum components
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings for material thickness
• Inspect welds for accuracy, penetration, and structural integrity
• Grind and finish welds as required
• Operate hand and power tools including grinders and saws
• Maintain welding equipment and work area
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Meet daily production and quality goals

Qualifications

• 1+ years of MIG welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Welding certification preferred but not required
