Care Coordinator

Providing compassionate support to patients and caregivers, the full-time remote Care Coordinator will manage inbound calls and text messages, assist with device logistics, and ensure timely documentation while working Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM ET. Key responsibilities Handle inbound calls and text messages from patients and caregivers, offering responsive support throughout their treatment journey Coordinate monthly supply and equipment orders to ensure patients have the necessary materials for treatment Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in company-specific systems in accordance with standard operating procedures Required qualifications 2-year college degree preferred Patient-facing healthcare experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Understanding of Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA Privacy and Security guidelines Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, caregivers, and internal teams
