PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (PTA) – ORTHO (PERMANENT, SNF)
Location: CA 90403
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Permanent (1 Position – Ortho)
Note: PT applicants also considered
Compensation:
$48 – $58 per hour
Evaluate and treat SNF residents with orthopedic needs
Provide skilled therapy services and documentation
Ensure Medicare/PDPM compliance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
SNF or post-acute rehab experience required
Orthopedic experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
