Entry Level Marketing Associate | No Experience Needed

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our growing event marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to launch a career in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and event promotions.

No prior marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

As a Marketing Associate, you will represent our clients at live events, retail activations, community events, promotional campaigns, and other in-person marketing experiences . You will engage directly with consumers, educate them about products and services, and help create positive brand experiences.

What You'll Do

• Represent well-known brands at events and promotional campaigns
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner
• Explain products, services, promotions, and special offers
• Create memorable customer experiences through face-to-face interaction
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Track customer interactions and campaign results when required
• Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing and events team
