The Job at a Glance The Customer Support Specialist (internally known as the Support Squad) will assist Part Experts with various issues that may arise, serving customers' sales, service, and support needs when purchasing parts. We're looking for individuals with strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit to ensure effective communication and cooperation across supported segments. A Typical Day Manage multiple order web portals. Create and update survey and escalation cases for web portals. Sort the customer service email queue. Manage the Customer Support team email inbox for tasks like merging accounts, creating import lists, generating UPS labels, updating account information, and registering users. Sort, update, and combine new account lists. Collaborate with other business units by sorting and sharing their reports. Assist with the UPS Exceptions Report. Manage customer portals. Create and email warranty credits to customers. Deliver exceptional customer service via email to internal and external customers. Salary Range: $37,348.78 - $50,403.56 annually ($17.96 - $24.23 hourly), based on qualifications, experience, and location. Parts Town is a pay‑for‑performance company.
