In this role, you'll be a key link between our service technicians and our guestsguiding customers through the service and repair process, communicating clearly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone with prior automotive service advising experience who is ready to build a long-term career with a fast-growing, respected dealership.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience

Qualifications

Service Advisor Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience
• Dealership experience
• A strong work ethic and good work history
• Communication Skills

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver's license, be able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug testing.
