Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Sutherlin, OR

Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Three positions are available for skilled professionals eager to make a difference with a friendly, collaborative school-based team. This assignment begins August 17, 2026, and runs through June 11, 2027, with a steady 40-hour workweek. You'll provide specialized care to a diverse caseload of up to 50 elementary-aged students, fostering their communication skills for lifelong success.


What We're Looking For:

• Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Open to both experienced SLPs and recent graduates; clinical fellows are encouraged to apply (supervision provided)
• Understanding of IEP procedures and compliance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Commitment to evidence-based therapy and inclusive practices

Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for elementary-aged students
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records
• Educating and supporting families on students' therapy goals
• Attending meetings, professional development, and school functions as required
