Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is currently looking for a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to collaborate with our Family Medicine residents in a thriving practice associated with a local hospital in Rhinebeck, New York. This position involves working closely with the Program Director to design and execute ongoing medical education initiatives. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about mentoring, supervising, and assessing our Family Medicine Residents.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Part-time (0.5 FTE), approximately 20 hours per week.
• Practice Environment: Our outpatient facilities utilize a hospitalist program for inpatient admissions, fostering a collegial atmosphere that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with a valid New York State License and Federal DEA registration
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency and Board Certification
• Shared off-hour coverage among multiple providers, limited to phone calls, with nurse triage support
