Salary: $45,760 - 52,000 ($21hr- $25hr) Are you someone who likes keeping things organized and running smoothly? This role puts you at the center of operations-making sure every load, every driver, and every record is accurate and on time. Responsibilities : Weigh and track materials coming in and going out. Process bills of lading, freight invoices, and dispatch documents. Coordinate with drivers, haulers, and the logistics team to keep operations running on time. Keep records accurate and follow all safety and compliance rules. Basic Hiring Criteria : High school diploma or equivalent. Have some industrial or logistics experience (preferred). Are organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. Enjoy solving problems and helping a team succeed. Comfortable using computer systems and keeping accurate documentation. Team player with a positive, professional attitude. Desired Qualifications : Interested in environmental or sustainability work. Enjoy working independently while supporting your team.
