Qualifications: Required: Current NJ Licensure Successful completion of all orientation programs Preferred: APTA Member CI Certification by APTA Certifications and Licenses Required (if applicable): BLS certification Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions): Primarily seeking weekend rotation-Minimum 2 weekends/ month, Holiday, 1-2 weekday coverage for inpatient Acute Care Shift: Day, Evening Evening hours available Essential Functions: Assessing the physical therapy needs of the patient . Preparing the rehabilitation plan of care based on the assessment that integrates goals Treatment, outcomes and discharge plan. Providing rehabilitation service to the patient as specified in the rehabilitation plan of care. Reassessing the patient s response to services provided and revising the rehabilitation plan of care as needed. Documents care given within the Daily Treatment Note in EMR to support the delivery of therapy services. Incorporates an understanding of economic factors in the delivery of services and maintains compliance with productivity standards of the department as specified in the staffing plan.
