NOW HIRING IN Lafayette, Indiana!*Direct Hire* iNc EMPIRE is currently seeking an Sales Manager for a great career opportunity in Lafayette, IN. Full time, direct hire, salaried role plus commission. In this role you will be leading the sales staff, establishing processes and procedures, and performing business development. This is not a work from home position. What experience do you need in order to be successful? - Successful proven experience in a sales management role. - Experience managing an outside sales team.
- Industry SALES experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Petroleum,or similar industry.
- Experience in obtaining new business as well as growing existing business.
