If you thrive in a high-acuity environment and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Provide evidence-based, compassionate care to critically ill medical patients.Manage ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring systems, and continuous infusions; respond to rapid patient changes.Partner with intensivists, specialists, respiratory therapists, and care teams to deliver comprehensive care.Manage complex cases including multi-organ failure, sepsis, and respiratory distress.Support patients and families through critical illness with empathy and education.Ensure precise and timely charting of patient care.Guide families through disease processes and recovery expectations.Contribute to improving ICU outcomes and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or currently enrolledWashington, D.C.
