Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of apartment renovations, unit turnovers, and maintenance requests to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. This position works closely with maintenance staff, vendors, contractors, and property management to keep operations running smoothly and apartments ready for occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate apartment turnovers, renovations, and maintenance projects from start to finish.
• Schedule and communicate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure work is completed on time.
• Track the status of repairs, work orders, and renovation projects using spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records, project schedules, and vendor information.
• Follow up on outstanding work orders and ensure timely completion of all projects.
• Coordinate material deliveries and assist with vendor scheduling as needed.
• Work closely with property management and maintenance teams to prioritize projects and resolve scheduling issues.
• Provide regular updates on project status and identify potential delays or obstacles.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, are required. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000
