Paid Search Manager (Franchise & Multi-Location Focus)

Ignite Visibility is looking for a highly skilled, driven, and detail-oriented Paid Search Manager to join our fast-growing agency. This position is 100% fully remote. This is a hands-on, high-touch, client-facing role for an experienced media buyer who excels in franchise and multi-location account management (30–50+ locations). The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume, dynamic environments—specifically across Ecommerce and Automotive verticals—and is equally comfortable driving hands-on daily campaign execution, building strategic growth plans, and maintaining exceptional, proactive client communication. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions Hands-On Strategy & Campaign Execution Own end-to-end strategy, account setup, campaign execution, and daily optimization across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Local Search Ads. Manage complex multi-location and franchise account structures ( 30–50+ locations ), balancing overall brand standards with hyper-local targeting, budget distribution, and local performance goals. Drive hands-on daily campaign management, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget pacing. Execute high-volume campaigns across key agency verticals, particularly Ecommerce (PMax, Shopping feeds, ROAS optimization) and Automotive (local inventory ads, lead generation, offline conversion tracking). Client Communication & Collaboration Lead client communication as the strategic and technical lead, providing high-touch client management via email, phone, and video presentations. Utilize strong project management and organizational skills to ensure all deliverables, optimizations, and client reports are completed accurately and on time. Proactively communicate performance wins, strategic shifts, and optimization opportunities rather than waiting for client direction. Collaborate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams (Omnichannel, Paid Social, Creative, SEO, Analytics, Web Development) to deliver cohesive digital marketing strategies. Analytics, QA & Detail-Oriented Management Maintain high attention to detail across budget allocation, campaign settings, ad copy, landing page URLs, tracking tags, and location extensions. Analyze performance data using Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio (Data Studio), and attribution tools to generate clear, actionable insights for clients. Implement and monitor call tracking, local conversion actions, and store visit/offline conversion integrations. Required Qualifications Location: 100% Fully Remote position. Experience: 3+ years of dedicated paid media experience with a primary emphasis on Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Local Search Ads). Multi-Location Expertise: Proven success managing multi-location or franchise accounts (30–50+ locations) . Vertical Experience: Strong hands-on experience with high-volume accounts in Ecommerce (feed management, Shopping, PMax) and/or Automotive (lead gen, local inventory, dealer network structures). Budget Management: Hands-on experience managing $100k+ monthly aggregate client budgets with proven ROI/ROAS results. Agency Background: Prior digital marketing agency experience required. Personal Attributes: Driven, highly coachable, and eager to apply and grow skills in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills. Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Technical Qualifications: Advanced Google Ads & Microsoft Ads proficiency. Google Analytics (GA4) competency. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs). Looker Studio (Data Studio) or similar data visualization experience. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field. Desired / Bonus Qualifications Shopping Ads & Feed Management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch). Display, YouTube, and Programmatic advertising experience. Search Ads 360 (SA360), Optmyzr, or TrueClicks experience. Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup & conversion tracking. Call tracking platforms (CallRail, Invoca, etc.) & offline conversion imports. Landing page platforms (Unbounce, Instapage) or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles. Paid social familiarity (Meta, LinkedIn). Why Ignite Visibility?
