Bites is an AI-first microlearning platform for frontline teams. Brands like Amazon, Unilever, Victoria's Secret, LEGO and Leonardo Hotels use it to train, onboard and engage employees who don't work at a desk. Training comes as short mobile videos that people actually watch. We're building our US GTM team from the ground up.

The role

You'll be the first conversation. You'll open doors with operations, HR and L&D, and revenue leaders at large frontline employers: restaurants, hotels and casinos, retail, CPG and manufacturing.

We're an AI-first company with an AI-first approach to sales. Your target lists are built with AI and come with buying signals, so you spend your day talking to the right people. Every customer conversation we have includes a wow moment. Your job is to get us more of them.

What you'll do

• Run daily outbound by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Tailor your message to each buyer, because L&D, operations and revenue leaders care about different things.
• Run a short discovery conversation to qualify fit, pain and timing.
• Book meetings that turn into demos.
• Keep HubSpot accurate and share what you hear from buyers.

What you bring

• At least 6 months of B2B cold calling.
• A track record of hitting call and meeting numbers.
• Comfort with high call volume and a follow-up system you stick to.
• Curiosity, resilience, and a builder mindset. You find ways to get things done.

Strong plus

• Experience prospecting hospitality, casino, CPG, retail or restaurant buyers.
• Experience prospecting into operations leaders, not just HR/L&D.
• Early-stage experience.
