Compensation: Average earnings of $700–$1,000+ weekly, including performance-based compensation

What the Position Involves

Our team works inside major retail locations supporting  Spectrum as a telecommunications retail partner .

You'll begin in a customer-facing sales position where your responsibilities include:

• Engaging customers and understanding their service needs
• Presenting internet and mobile service options
• Recommending appropriate solutions
• Assisting interested customers with enrollment
• Managing individual performance goals
• Developing professional communication and problem-solving skills
• Participating in structured training and coaching

This is a hands-on retail sales opportunity, not an office-based business development position.
