As an Experienced Insurance Sales Producer, you will sell auto, home, life, and business insurance to new and existing clients. You will manage your own pipeline, convert leads, and close high-value policies. This role is perfect for self-motivated, competitive sales professionals who thrive in a results-driven environment. You will be guaranteed at least 10+ warm leads per day and have the flexibility to broker business outside of Farmers for clients who have pricing objections, ensuring no opportunity is lost.
