Salary Range: $189,675 – $237,000 annually

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead strategic federal and defense pursuits from qualification through award. This role is responsible for driving win strategies, competitive positioning, and proposal readiness to increase the probability of award and support business growth. You will collaborate closely with business development, delivery teams, technical SMEs, and executive leadership to shape opportunities and develop compelling capture strategies in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capture efforts for $10M+ federal opportunities
• Develop and execute differentiated win strategies
• Conduct competitive analysis, client assessments, and price-to-win evaluations
• Shape solution strategies in collaboration with client and technical teams
• Build and manage high-performing teaming strategies
• Lead gate reviews and executive briefings
• Ensure alignment between capture strategy and proposal execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of federal capture experience (DoD or FedCiv/Public Sector)
• Proven track record supporting $10M+ pursuits
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting vehicles (IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, OTAs)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

• Salary Range: $189,675 – $237,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and location)
• Annual bonus eligibility
