Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion.
• Utilize independent judgment in a nursing context.
