We are looking for an Experienced Used Vehicle Manager to join the team! You will report directly to General Manager on Used Vehicle acquisition, pricing and marketing.

What You'll Do

• Manage all used vehicle inventory and acquisition of inventory
• Manage and update all pricing of used car inventory
• Sales team training and development
• Walk the lot every day with the sales team to ensure complete knowledge of vehicle prices and overall condition of inventory, advertising, banners, and area grounds.
• Determine vehicle purchase terms, payment, interest, and trade values to customers following guarantee guidelines
• If using Car Center, inspect vehicle and complete appraisal request process. Present purchase value to customer and ensure all customers have option to purchase as part of sales process.
• Used vehicle inventory must be valued at or below current competitive wholesale markets.
• Used vehicles must be properly reconditioned according to Lithia's minimum requirement for reconditioning.
• Address and resolve customer concerns. Escalate issues to General Manager
• Participate in store meetings including: Sales Receivables, Save-A-Deal, and Store Manager meetings
• Other responsibilities and administrative items as requested

What You'll Bring

• 2+ Years of experience as a Used Vehicle Manager REQUIRED
• Knowledge of how to buy and sell used vehicles at a high volume REQUIRED
• CDK experience A PLUS
• V Auto experience A PLUS
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The California salary pay range for this position is $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 annually. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Department Net and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability and Total Units.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
